Just a note.

We're moving this thread to the Skunk Works Forum so that it might get some more hits. Another reason is because this forum is for an alternative topic that has a conspiratorial edge to it.

Aside from the implied associations, I'm not seeing any conspiracy here... Just a really good opportunity to learn a new technique for finding tampered images.

I don't think that the software is commercially available yet, but there may be some already out that may be useful.

I went to one of the websites from the article.

They list two that might be helpful, but I can't figure out how to download a copy.

ImageAna.
An image analysis tool. Useful for pulling subtle information out of GIF and JPEG images.

JpegAna.
A JPEG image analysis tool. This tool can determine the last changes made to a JPEG image, or detect steganographic information.
