Damn, I seem to remember another person who allowed Osama to escape...

I thought OBL was last seen in a Pakistani hospital on 9/10/01.

But OBL isn't on that list, even though Bush makes reference to "those old posters out West... Wanted Dead or Alive," in the short video posted above.

Well, some people seem to think he was the mastermind behind a terrorist attack on the US. It was said to have happened one September eleventh.

EDIT to add: He is on the list actually, but not for 9/11.

we've captured, compared to how many new members were
created as a result of US foreign policy over the past 7 years?

I would hope that if the US was spending 12 billion dollars a week to find the US's most wanted, that they would find them. I expect no less here.

83,000 prisoners captured. Don't know how many al-Qaeda in there, if they even actually exist. No way to determine number created, since even sympathizers would be considered terrorists as well. You could be a terrorist and not even realize it.
