Whoever buys it should fly it back to where it came from.

I'd post a photo of another 'flying saucer' house here at Garden City, SC,

thats been sitting there since the 1970s.
the only difference is the saucer house you show is way up on those tubular legs.... yuck

the one here at the beach looks more like the landed craft in the Sci-Fi movie 'The Day The Earth Stood Still'

My girlfriend just said it could be a great deterrant for any future alien visit/invasion, she said they take one look at the house and think, "No point in going there, they are already well established and even have thier own parking places!"
