I used to be able to choose the edit forums or something similar to that to change what forums are displayed in MYATS but these days I cannot find this option. I know it right under my nose somewhere can someone point me in the right direction. Cheers.

If you want to take a forum off your MyATS, click the red X in the corner where it shows the forum. You can also move them up or down I think, using the little arrows. And if you want to add forums go to that forum and click the "favorite" button.

There used to be an option that listed all the forums and you could choosed them "On" or "Off", much easier than going to each forums and adding them from there.

The process is now somewhat complex.

If you want to put a forum on your MyATS, the best way that I have found is to go to a thread in that forum and in the box where the flag is, click the favorite button.

If there's a better way, I'd like to hear it.
