Just in case it was, here's a comment on the three minutes: I agree that if it's enough to make you and your partner happy, it's enough. For myself, I like to think of sex as an art, and practice makes perfect.

Besides, my experience is that it takes the ladies rather longer than three minutes to get the full benefit. At least one of the ladies posting on this thread appears to agree with me.

Well, I now know more about you people than I needed to know. I have had my "ignorance denied" in new and disturbing ways. J/K

30 seconds may be long enough and 2 hours may not. Depends on so many factors. Does anyone really need validation/confirmation from a "scientific study" to know that their sex life is adequate or not? A partner can possess the technical skills and control of timing and still not be "satisfactory". If you heart's not in it, your partner can usually tell even if you're doing everything "right".
