The Philippine military said today it dug up what it believes is the body of an Indonesian bomb-making expert who is a top suspect in the 2002 Bali bombings, Asia's worst terrorist attack.

Ammar Usman, widely known as Dulmatin, was believed to have fled to the southern Philippines in 2003 with Umar Patek, another militant from the Indonesia-based group Jemaah Islamiah, after they were implicated in the Bali nightclub blasts that killed 202 people, including 88 Australians

Assuming that it is confirmed that the body is that of Ammar then a small victory in the global struggle against the enemy has been won . We have take any victory that comes our way no matter what part of the world it is in.

Credit to the Philippine military and to the fact this brings to light that success can be gained with out a Iraq style invasion . The US military does aid its Philippine counter parts but I doubt that anyone would claim that such aid is bankrupting the USA.
