These two officers claim that filming on private property is an offence. Is this really what they are being taught these days? They seem so confident of it.

Do you mean the property of someone else? I agree with that.

Its also hard to film publicly also


Its quite old news to be honest. Its not a good thing is it?

Watch the video and you'll see the police getting owned by the guy who is filming. They walk on to his private property and tell him to stop filming, the guy tells them he knows his rights and asks the officers what section of the law states that he cannot film, the officers can't tell him and radio through to their superior officer and get told that the man is in fact acting within the law.

They then try and antagonise the guy but he tells them he's not biting and they walk away with their tails between their legs. NICE!

Bloody tossers ! (I can say that because I am an American... bloody is not a bad word here!)

Seriously though, absolute power is living up to it's reputation. I am reminded of the film "A Clockwork Orange"
