Memorandum:CC. All joint Hyperspace command planets.

Correcting Experimental Issue of planet 3-1 Hyperspace section 14.( section 14,Planet 3, Sol 1)

At joint allied hyperspace meeting in regards to 14-1-3, it was conviened that the planets inmates will not be allowed to venture further than section 14-1-9.

All inmates of this deadly virus (humans) are to be illiminated on sight, if they venture furter than 14-1-9, warning ships will monitor all space and hyper ways, the planet is now under quarantine until further notice.

Any entitys, who venture without prior knowledge benn given to Hyperspace command, in to this formidable area, do so at their own risk, all experimental tasks are now under our jurisdiction.

Soulless Gray's will fly routine inspections, monitoring activities, all Data will be confined to Hyperspace command and only will access be allowed to others who have a need to know basic clearance.

We will instigate chance "downings of flight craft" as to highten the inmates knowledge of our being.Therefore raising some of the inmates to a higher understanding of the Universe.

Further investigation untowards correcting issue of planet 3-1 is ongoing.

Could this have happend to us a long time ago in our history?
Think about the rammifacations of such a "Scenario" for awhile, it dosn't seem to me such "Sci/Fi" BS, as it seems at first glance.
