could oil come from any carbon source other than dead biological creatures. like from carbon deposits?

"Hydrocarbons" do not equate oil. Methane, for example, is a hydrocarbon and a large part of the atmospheres of the outer planets.

me just making fun of scientists, who think earth's hc comes from plants and animals.

Methane has been recreated in labs using inorganic material and high pressures, so yes hydrocarbons can be formed without being of biological origin:

I believe other experiements have confirmed the result, and created methane without the need for limestone to be present.

just another case for Earths oil & gas pools & pockets being 'ambiotic oil'.

There is a posibility that Nasa is planning to send a unman spacecraft that could land and take off to Titan. Highly likely a man space mission is plan for the Saturn system also. This probably won't take place until the Mars and Jupiters mission had been done.

By sending a man mission to the Saturn system. Might keep the other Nation on Earth and claiming Titan part of thier territorial. Even if USA have to built a base there.

If you say it won't happen. It will bankrupt that Nation. True it most likely will. But they won't care. They will believe that the United States is claiming the Saturn system for thierself. Not waiting for the test from the Titan sample is finish with.
