Moving to Oregon. Any advice?

Hi, My family and I want to move to oregon, But we dont know much about where in oregon to move to. We want to get a nice house for under 200k, in a forest type area, a good distance from the city, but not to far. We dont mind neighbors but we want a good amount of land in between us. Is anybody from oregon that might be able to help point us to the right town? Thanks
