im doing a paper on school of unconstitutional bills and want real facts not conspiracies. things that show how much power they wield.

I think that Executive Orders themselves are unconstitutional, because they are under no scrutiny of normal checks and ballances. They don't need congressional approval.

Executive Orders automatically become laws, whereas in the traditional understanding of passing laws, a bill must be passed by both the legislative branch and the executive branch to become law.

Somewhat dictatorial, no?

They're National Security Presidential Directives. But only Bush's cronies and God know what's in a good number of them.

They are "Executive Orders," but are special so they don't even have to disclose what is in them.

Maybe we'll see one penned dealing with the Ron Paul March on Washington soon...

well seeing is how the constituion has been invalid for about 75 years it realy does not matter what illegal laws are made if you think about it
