Well, pdf files make my computer sick so I can't see it, but, in general terms, if there is no outside independent confirmation, any lone government file must be considered false until confirmaton materializes.

OMG Funniest fake I have ever seen. And yep some type of Greek on the front cover not quite classical though, very strange infact the only part of the whole thing worth looking at. Maybe if there is such a message to be passed on its in the Greek. I know Greek (been a long time since school so wont even attempt a translation, even if I still could which I doubt as there is something not right about the main cover,) So any Classical types in here or any greek members would be good if they could have a quick look.

Though I expect it will be just as funny as the english bits!

It is fake but the Human Genome Project is the only truth in the doc. The doc main pic or the CIA logo has been faked because the real one does not look like that. Also the text in red is russian which why would an english doc have a russian cover. but that is just what i see that is kinda off about it.
