Are we ET's evolving into fish?

Is it possible instead of evolving from fish we are a stranded ET's evolving into a fish?

Being stranded on a planet that has so much water would definetly have an effect on our evolution.

There is just so much water on this planet, it doesnt make sense to evolve away from water.
Why would a fish leave his cozy large home and crawl out were it would have been hard to breath and no food.
