Will Society Reach A State of Convergence Before Disclosure?

This is a fascinating read. Made me wonder if other advanced civilizations/ufos are already convergent - and as the report implies the transition of society from a monetary based one as we currently know it - maybe if you have disclosure in a 'convergent society' there is less chance for bad societal outcomes.

What do you guys think? If this report is accurate - the fast approaching future is going to be rad!!!
