DAVA Defense Audiovisual Agency

In Jacques Vallee's Revelations, he tells how, in early 1985, Robert Emenegger was approached again by Colonel William Coleman, who was now retired and living in Florida, with yet another offer. If Emenegger could convince Allen Hynek and Vallee to get involved, then the government would be willing to release "final" evidence of UFOs. Emenegger was convinced that the offer was on the level, particularly after a meeting with General Glenn E, Miller, deputy director of the Defense Audiovisual Agency (DAVA), but Hynek and Vallee proceeded cautiously.

Im sorry i fail to see how the upload relates to your external source? it appears to be just rules and regulations regarding inter agency transfares and consequences in refusing to carry out objectives.

What ive read from the external source you posted sounds intriguing can you link that source? i would like to read all of it .

Your post does not make sense. Can you be more descriptive of what your trying to say? I cant read your mind very well. Also, don't ever link me to a .mil site without warning me of it. I can hear my computer being scanned right now, thanks.

QOute from link source you provided...

"Richard Doty was interviewed on the Art Bell Show"

THat's all I needed to read. Man anyone can be interviewed for shows such as this. Heck, no need to provide any prrof of accusations, just say what ya' like.
I do however find Coast to Coast very entertaining when the opertunity arises for me to indulge. But, I fully undeerstand over the years that this show is just that - entertainment.

Yeah, actually I can appreciate your paranoia on that one. I think that is a good etiquette for ATS - to note when a link is .mil etc. Can a mod take a note on that?

Otherwise, the Jacques Vallee story is quite an interesting one.
