China plans to 'control' the weather for the opening day of the Olympics...

Doesn't sound very healthy for the planet, imagine if this got in the 'wrong' hands, it could be used to fake global weather disasters and more. mmmm.

Does anyone know if this is the cause of the 'Chemtrails' thing??
