September 9, 2009 999 the devils day?

So the Devil is a deciever so why not make 999 the day of devilry.
Does anyone know of any predictions of prophecy relating to September 9, 2009. 999 upsidedown is 666. Is Australia or somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere the home of the anti-christ?
Are these days warm up to 12/12/12?

god said his number was 666 not the devil. so why would god decive us in this plan i believe he tell us so we wont be tricked by the devil.

Well we have to deal with 8/8/08 first, it's a good thing 8's are lucky given there's 3 in a row. 8 represents the ebb and flow of infinity as a twisted 'zero' in the great cycle.

However, 8+8+8=24, 2+4=6, 24-6=18, 1+8=9 -or- 888-24=864, 8+6+4=18, 1+8=9.

Also, take today for example: 31-01-8 (3+1+1+8=13, 1+3=4, 13-4=9) All roads lead to 9, no matter where you start from. Everyday (and every number higher than 9) can be reduced to 9 this way.

Lucky or not, from what I've found we place special meaning on dates and numbers, not the other way around.

But seriously, as long as we are alive and kicking on this planet there will be an infinite amount of numerical and date related scenarios for one to ponder. Numbers are just that. Numbers. Please don't put too much thought into it. Please rent the movie "The Number 23" starring Jim Carrey. It may give some insight into this matter.

I rented that movie over the holidays, thanks for bringing that film up. The character in the movie is a great representation of what happens when our paranoia goes unchecked and things are over-analyzed. It's an exagerration of what I feel like after spending too much time on ATS, or when I invest too much interest in conspiracy and fear.

I read that the Luciferians claim Lucifers number is 9 and Satanists claim Satans number is 6. Ie fall from grace 9 to 6.

It was a Goverment, sign telling populations to prepare a 72 hours
emergency kit at home...!

You know I remember in the 1970's my mom pointing out that it was july 7, 1977 (7-7-77) and how she said it wouldnt happen until sometime in the future. Well the future is now as tommorrow is August 8, 2008. Are there any numerologists on the board that care to comment?

Nothing happened on 1/1/01, or 2/2/02, or 3/3/03, all the way up to 6/6/06 nothing happened except for metalheads everywhere partying. Over the last week, theres been threads started about 8/8/08, 9/9/09, and 10/10/10. Why don't we just cut to the chase and make threads for 11/11/11 and 12/12/12 now

It's a freakin number, at this rate every single day from 2010-2012 will be a doomsday.

Just a question in general on these date topics. Why does everyone always base these date codes and such on the modern calendar? Would it not be more logical that if something was to be predicted for the future from the distant past we would use a calendar from that time to suit?

Just my two cents on the matter, we see the same thing with bible codes done in the english version which is already lost in translation. To me it just seems like trying to make a lemon out of lemon juice.

If we're assuming they can predict the future, then they would clearly have taken that into account. Knowing that their calender system would be out of use in the various time periods they were casting their predictions for they would calculate and adjust for this using complex mathematical probabilities to predict how the calender itself would have changed. We all know the ancients were mathematical super-geniuses after all.

I predict this.
