How do I change the content in MyATS?

I just can't seem to figure this out. I was able to do it once, since that is usually how I browse ATS. But this is sort-of driving me nuts, I have looked everything to try and edit my MyATS content.

You can make certain forums your favorites, and subscribe to threads, and they will go to your MyATS.

Hey there To Edit some Go to member center (Top of page) then to manage subscriptions,
