NWO and the E.U

Can any one tell me what exactly is the plan of the NWO?is it global military domination? if so then why go to iraq? Fair enough to get the oil, but why go to the cities? And im pretty sure the E.U. would have something to say about bein taken over by Americans, i mean combined we have a bigger army and airforce and our economy is just as big so there is no way short of a nuke war that the states could take over europe, or is the NWO just a wives tale?
