It is a good idea to analize data with help from a lot more computers than available from the SETI institute. But i was wondering with all these conspiracies going on and the lack of trust in the american government if we are sure that this helpfulness is not betrayed. How do you know for sure that between the lines your computer power is not used for simulating or analizing something you didn't sign up for? Or that someone is having a good laugh while reading your last love letter to the girl you live for?
