I wouldn't hold that website very reliable. They said they received the information from "their sources" without saying who or what group.

They also don't have a professional looking site, nor do they know how to unlock the caps-lock button.

During this point in time, I think the likely hood of Bush or Cheney being impeached is very unlikely. As low as his rating is, he still has friends in congress, and having the Republicans vote to impeach him would look very bad on the Republican's public image as well.
