Is Caffeine a risk?

And whats wrong with these alternative?
They sound WAY better than crappy caffine.

I tell ya, caffeine can be dangerous, but is sure is addictive. I drink roughly a pot of coffee a day, if not more. Its so bad that my boss calls me coffee girl. I tried cutting back on coffee. I'd drink one regular, and the rest decaf, but then I started getting migraine headaches all the time! It was horrible. If I tried to sleep them away, I'd wake up with them. So I went back to normal coffee drinking. Now if I get a migraine, I just brew a pot of coffee, Problem Solved!!

The most well-known alternative to caffein is guarana, it is was is in most energy drinks today.

Is there any known bad effects about guarana?

I never understood this caffein addiction, at the part of my life where I drank the most coffee, it was like one per day, in the morning. Sometimes 2 in a row. But I never got past that. I don't understand people who drink coffe during day or evening...

coffee day and night? sounds like a plan to me. i don't understand it myself either, and no the caffeine dosn't keep me up at night. i just can't get enough of it!! speaking of which, ive only been up for about an hour now, and already have three cups downed.

Its a known fact the caffine is able to kill you within 23.678 seconds if your high on crack..so please smoke your crack at a different time to avoind sudden heart attacks resulting from your crack/caffine high.To avoid such situations simply set up times for your stimulant usage.It will make your high much more managable and will avoid such dangers that may accompany stimulant addictions.

Caffeine is for wimps, Kava Kava, however, that's the thing. It's like caffeine, only fourty times as strong. It's crazy! And perfectly legal as far as I know. Like the big brother of guarana....

If you suffer from headaches, try this the next time instead of coffee. Turn on the water on the bathroom (or wherever) with cold water. Then take both underarms into the running water and keep them there a while. You will notice that your headache dissapears. Don't know if it works on migrene though, but it is certainly worth a try.....

i saw a show on tv that said methamphetamines are the most prescribed drug in US history. in the sixties and seventies they would give some seriously strong speed if you had a headache, feeling a little fatigued, were a house wife and did not feel like washing the dishes, and pretty everything was cured by speed according to the show anyway.

adoral (spelling?) is newer prescription drug that can come in pretty high potencies.
