NEWS: Explosion in Kiev Courthouse

A courthouse in the Ukranian capital of Kiev was rocked by a pair of explosions this morning. Officials are reporting 10 injuries, none of them critical.

Early reports indicate a gas tank may have ruptured, causing the explosion. There has been ongoing repair work in the building.
Officials are still investigating the exact cause, but at this time there are no indications of terrorism.

Ya gotta' love the Internet. I saw the announcement about the Russian subway bombing on ATSNN 30 minutes or so before it hit the cable news. Looks like this Kiev incident is at least as rapid. Nothing on the news yet at 45 past the hour, 06:45.

AP is reporting construction on the building, so it may have been related to that.
There's been on official word on the cause, though.
If it was an intentional act, there does exist the chance it could be related to the Moscow blast.
