Well i am not too surprised, it was during the time of the Cold War right? I bet Russia was doing the same thing in their country.

It could still be true today, but for a multitude of reasons.

I'll tell you what they have carried out.

750,000+ Arrests annually for a plant.

Over 10 million americans fingerprinted, in a decade.

And its been going on persistently since 1937.

Yay America, land of the free, until you are caught.
