150 Cops Create 5 Block Lockdown

An estimated 150 law enforcement officers from every local jurisdiction are at the scene, according to Sgt. Tim Curran, Sacramento County Sheriff's Office.

Maple and Ethel Philips elementary schools are on lockdown. Nicholas Elementary, Pacific Elementary, Ethel I. Baker School and Genesis Alternative School are no longer on lockdown, but parents must come pick up their students.

Yes when there are schools in the area. Also when a cop gets shot they hunt the suspect like mad until they find him and shoot him. Funny how they only do this for cops and not for the general public.
