May I also add that the "outsourcing company" that I worked for was and is open 24 hours a day. And we never have a problem filling the graveyard shift. It's usually the best time to work for stay at home moms, and many college students since we were able to offer a variety of shifts.

Time zones is no excuse for companies leaving the USA, it is the unwillingness to pay for the cost of American Labor.
