That guy is a wannabe, and full of it. Nobody in SOF talks like that, and he completely misses the boat on what PSYOP actually entails, which has nothing to do with mental warfare. PSYOP is more akin to advertising, except instead of products, you're marketing ideas. For PYSOP to work, it has to be truthful, and credible, or the target audience will see through it, and call BS.
