Upload Space problem

Hi all

I have, in the last two days, when clicking on my upload space i get :"If you're seeing this error, it means your browser is not sending 'referral' data to our upload management tool."

Any ideas how i can fix that? Thanks. I have tried IE7 AND Firefox. It is recent so i don't know what could have changed if anything at all.

I'm using Firefox and just tested the ATS upload space.

I cropped a screen capture of your post and it uploaded OK.


An uploaded capture of that upload shows in my upload space with no problem.


It seems to be working just fine.
You can see that both of those images are uploaded to my ATS upload space.




Is your image too large per the T&C ???

Is it in a file format that ATS allows ???

Have you paid enough points at the store to cover the size of the image you want to upload???


Do you want me to test it in IE 7 ?

I have enough points and purchased more to be sure. Doesn't make sense as it really only started doing this yesterday.

AHHHHHHH i just did a test!! It access it fine IF i go via abovetopsecret pages and NOT belowtopsecret pages.

OK sorted LOL

I'm still in the dark as to why it won't work in BTS, but that's been an ongoing problem for a long time.

If you always do your account stuff on ATS you won't have a problem.
