Wiccanism/Paganism: Do they work?

Wiccans and Pagans perform many spells and rituals. I am curious to know, has anyone witnessed these spells coming true? Please tell!

Well, some christians believe that they have seen miracles. Really what is the difference to those percieving the phenomenon. It is all in the desire to interperate said thing through your perception of it.

Except that Christians don't believe the miracles happen through them or as a result of their actions. It all happened as a result of God, sometimes through the Holy Spirit.

rofl that made my day! Cool Can I use that one in my sig? Really in the same category as "What would Jesus have done?"

As for magic, does it work? Well I guess it is like with hypnosis, it doesn't, but the patient or the audience believes it does, so somehow it really does have a chance to work in one form or the other.

Added: Medicine and technology does work, however, or atleast we believe it does....

A spell is nothing more than a prayer, really. There's no reason why prayer to Jehovah would work, and prayer to Hunab wouldn't.

the results were usually scoffed as coincidence, chance, nothing remarkable, stroke-of-luck, uncanny.....

about like the responses you get about prayers,- - -

except that answered prayers are glorified as miracles, blessings, graces, etc etc
