Dump the Dollar, China State T.V tells viewers

A state news program, quoting unnamed "wealth management experts," told residents with dollar accounts on the mainland to convert their holdings into yuan or a range of other foreign currencies, including the pound and the euro.

The prospect of ordinary Chinese ditching the dollar should be less alarming than reports that have roiled global markets of Beijing diversifying its official foreign exchange reserves.

If the Chinese Government is openly telling it's citizens to drop the dollar, then what are they doing behind the scenes to ensure that they don't get left with the trillion dollar hot potato?

People have been predicting the complete and total collapse of the dollar as the worlds exchange currency for a few years now, yet nothing ever really happened. It's seriously beginning to look like 2007 might just be the last year of the dollar.

hell ya bring it on its about time america's dollar needs to collapse world wide.
Prehaps then we an not take jobs overseas.

Walmart will be hard pressed to send work to china.

Hopefully US will boycott China made products something it should of done long ago.
