I call upon the wisdom of Windows audio/videophiles.

Home theater PC. ATI Radeon 9something video. ATI TV Wonder capture.

Capture video only appears on local display, not on TV at Radeon RCA-out.

Playback of recorded video is fine on TV. Just no image straight from the capture card.

Also, I can not get line-in data out my SPD/IF. Line-in will play out fine, just not over the digital, which has no other problems. I'm close to writing it off as hardware.
