CIA Watch: Fact or Movie Prop

Topic started on 30-1-2004 @ 09:17 AM by Jonna

I recall, from quite some time back, a watch that had a thin metal string (for the purpose of strangulation) which pulled out of it. I believe that I saw this in some CIA movie or something of the sort. Can anyone tell me if this is a real watch and if so can they be purchased?

Thanks
~Jonna~

Ask and yea shall recieve

www.spytechagency.com...

"More deadly is the Spy Tech garrote watch - just like the one used by beefy Robert Shaw in classic 007 film From Russia with Love. It's not cheap - also weighing in five cents under $500 - but according to the catalogue, "it keeps perfect time, too."

Only problem is, I can;t find it in the catalog
