Oh my God, these schools are going over the top! I would understand getting detention for making out with someone, but HUGGING? When I was in like Grade 9 I got suspended for holding a girls hand, (I will admit it was my 5th warning or something) but that was at a Christian private school.

??!

Well, it is a "Christian thing" insofar the Christians were accused - in ancient Rome of the Late Empire days, that moral paragon of society - of being "incestuous" for greeting customarily with a kiss.

(Oh and BTW, they were accused of cannibalism, too, but that's a different story...)

And yes, it's totally insane. More than insane: it's a deeply immoral, disgusting, filthy mentality that prohibits people from displaying affection in the most natural of ways.

And since history repeats itself, or so we're told, I'd be very worried...

Maybe it's a good idea for this to happen due to weapons being transford from one student to the other and drugs as well. I mean look at some of the community's that this is happening in. Gang infested, racial over all. I can hear alot of whinning again from the aclu. Friggin joke!!!!
