Something just occurred to me. I haven't heard anything in the news about what we've gotten out of interrogating Saddam since we captured him. Are they still interrogating him? I just find it strange that media hasn't brought up anything on this subject for awhile now.

A buddy of mine stationed @ Camp Pendelton, Ca. said that Saddam was going to be tried in Iraq and not here in the U.S. I believe him but things could change. That's all I know of so far.

It's worrysome if tried in Iraq,...

There is still much support for him there, unless the trial only has an American(ized) Jury.

I think Saddam was taken out that first night when they blew up his palace on the attack raid. They just wanted everyone to think he was still alive because that justified the whole "Taking over Bagdad".

You NEVER saw him the whole war, and if he had WMD's
, he would have used them when we came marching into town.

When they asked about the DNA results Rumsfeld said "Close Enough"

Oh well, just my 2 cents........
