Is this the "Amero?"(pics)

Hi everyone,

I just found these photos on John Young's Cryptome website,they show the Amero coins,and are dated 2007.

The page title claims "Sovereign Nation of Texas Issues Amero Dollar"
whatever that means..
I have read alot recently which suggests that the Amero may be on its way..
Does anyone know if these are real or not?-there is not much to go on as the page only has photos,no text.
