'Good Samaritan' Raped by Convict

This is not a headline story, nor anything anyone outwith of Scotland will likely have heard of. I doubt even those living here will have.

The story is that a woman helps a man back to his flat after he's been assualted. The man stops her from leaving, and rapes her. He'd been released from prison early, after being convicted of rape in 2004. Nothing spectacular, nothing special. Just a woman doing good for someone, having that disrespected and violated in the most vile manner, by someone who doesn't deserve the air in his lungs.

It turns my stomach. Human beings really are disgusting creatures.

This guy seems to be just a sick individual, I wouldn't use him as an example to define human beings. I'm sorry this happened to that lady, but maybe people will learn to be more cautious from news like this.
