If you goto youtube and search UFO Area 51 - The Alien Interview 01 - 07 and then listen to Art's Mysterious phone call you'll notice that some of the things that 'Victory' says is also some of the things the 'paranoid guy' on the phone says. Also according to the guy on the phone he says that the government knows of all the upcoming disasters. Well could 9/11 be a perfect example, or even the theory of Katrina being man made? You decide.

What more proof do you need?
