I've changed my avatar at least a dozen times in the last 36 hours. Yours rates nothing less than a 10/10.

5/10....Just cuz....Go Army!

I'm afraid I don't have my usual avatar "flair" at the moment to rate - I'll keep the avatar I have now for a little longer, to mourn the attack on London....Others are welcome to use the image if they would like....

Well, thats what I get for drawing my avatar on the back of a napkin. Its not all that good, just because my father was a Marine and I have an unrelenting pride for him, and to support all of our Marines in Iraq.

Semper Fi, EnronOutrunHomerun, lol

You like my squiggles?

My squiggles ?!

Why, aorta....

Ok, they're squiggly.

But they're not art deco.

They be Tibetan.

A bit older than art deco

But I'm glad you like my squigglies.

(and you have no idea how hard this was to type without resorting to innuendo. Oh yes indeedy)

Seriously though...I hope you know I was just messing around....We certainly don't wear our life story in our mini-profiles....So if my attempt at a joke was crude and unwelcome, I apologize - My father's retired army - Hence my candidness....

Tinkleflower - Nothing else quite like it on ATS! It's clean, simple, and it matches the spinning thingy-ma-bob in your avatar....

9/10

Do you know what it means by chance?

Yup - they both are the Tibetan script for "Om mani padme hum", which is a very common Buddhist mantra, used in meditation, chanting, etc etc.

There's much more info here (not that you asked for it
)...

Cool kinda karma-friendly page, yo

(edit: And a big thankyou. I'd be all blushy if I wasn't already dying from this eleventyzillion degree heatwave. I hate summer)

No harm done. I'd do the same to you if you had the Army insignia up there. lol. If you've seen my avatar before, its has been the corporal chevron, the rank my daddy was when he left the USMC. OOHRAH!!! Ahem, sorry, got a little carried away there.

Seven for Tinkleflower's Avatar for being informative and for not taking offence when someone puts down something important.
