Aqua Ray, possible potential as an Unmanned Undersea Vehicle?

So what you think? Think its got potential as a UUV in scouting for mines or gathering intelligence? Not to mention the added bonus being disguised as a manta ray. I believe it also has the the ability to maneuver far better a cylinder designed torpedo like vehicle which has to make a huge loop to turn around to get a better look, while this type of vehicle just needs to flap its fins to maneuver to get a better look like a real manta ray.
