I've seen Bullfrogs get big like that, but I've never seen a treefrog that big. Good find.

I have caught bigger frogs in central Missouri. I was about ten at the time and had one that when I held both of his legs above the feet my arms were slightly farther apart than my shoulders. When I first sighted it I told my older brother "Hey look at that ceramic frog!" I went over to check out what this ceramic frog was doing next to the railroad tracks where we were putting flint onto the rails to make sparks when a train came by, but the frog started hopping away. I chased it down and caught it, but turned it loose after a few minutes because our train was coming down the tracks and I didn't want to miss the light show.
