U.S. detains Iranians in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- U.S. soldiers arrested members of an Iranian government delegation Tuesday at a hotel in Baghdad and took them to an unidentified location, Iran's official IRNA news agency reported.

The Iranians, who work for Tehran's power ministry, were in the capital at the invitation of Iraqi government officials to sign an electricity supply contract, the news agency said.

Well, there you have it, one more step towards war... I get the stair have thousands of steps... And I would say more kidnapping of civilians more than arrest of iranians causing trouble. Kidnapping of an iranian deleguation asked to come on the Iraqi government orders... The US government is trying to get a response from Iran, just like they did in the iranian ambassy raid earlier.
