Hovering Craft ?

These two were taken in mid December 2006 some minutes apart at a lake near Grand Prarie, Texas. No one saw them at the time and I only noticed this about two weeks ago as I was reviewing past photos. I would not have much cared after finding the first image, but then got interested when I noticed an object in another picture.

Photobucket has reduced the dims on the following originals below.
Original Dims are: 2576 X 1932 on each.
I will send originals to anyone interested.

Two things that are curious to me are:

1. possible smaller object above larger object in both photos appears to be 3-D under magnification - maybe.
2. light reflection or emission on larger object in darker photo seems to be opposite direction from both sundown and the moon.

Curious....

To me this looks like a plane, could be a spy plane.
But the resolution is bad so I can't be sure.

Resolution IS bad - could be anything from a standard VTOL aircraft to the mysterious triangle things with glowing grilles that seem to keep being reported.
