This guy is a nutter, just goes to show how clever people can be when it comes to greed.

My admiration of this guy ends when I think of all of those innocent people losing their hard earnt money.

It also shows how blunders in procedures can cost huge amounts of money such as £35m.

Also he must be a monster if he did help Kenneth Noye escape the country.
