umm, steorn themselves didn't release this. if you read the article it was put together by forum members on how they think it works based on what they know so far.

As speculated, this is nothing more than a perendev magnetic motor

It's a cute idea. Problem is it doesn't work for anything.
The magnets break down and lose their field integrity just plain too fast. Stronger magnet/faster spin = faster loss of magnetism.
