Flying Witch over Mexico

Flying Humanoid


A flying humanoid was videotaped over Monterrey Mexico. Witness' include police and locals. Both are interviewed in this video. The humanoid is described as a 'witch' because it appears that there is a pointed hat on it's head. However, it is also described looking rather reptilian - with claws and dark 'skin' - and it doesn't ride a broom, it rides on a platform.
