How come its horrible to make comparisons to Bush being a Nazi but it seems to be okay for Rush, Michale Savage,Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, etc. to refer to Hilary as Hiterly? Aren't both bad or is it just typical right wing double standards?

Good point!!
Could be that the Socialistic/Communistic wing of the Democratic Party and members do resemble Hitlerian obdurative disregard for Democracy and original American values and ethical thoughtfulness as we know it...........it is sad that people say stupid things as politicians, and it is sad that we have such people of low character in politics....

I think the problem here is more along the lines of the American public (which i wish was more educated) allowing uneducated, unqualified assholes to speak on the radio.
An educated American public would stop listening to these programs and boycott their advertisers so the stations took them off. I don't advocate restricting freedom of speech, but punching those idiots in the pocketbook is the best way to keep the losers you referred to above off the air.

Someone takes Coulter WAAAAAAY too seriously:

"[W]hen right-wingers rant, there's at least a point: There are substantive arguments contained in conservative name-calling."
~Ann Coulter (from her book Big Words for Small Minds subtitled How to sound so absurd no one argues with you)

well considering the belly aching in this thread being done by those who still name call regardless of the fact they are now bashing others who name call...yeah i'd say its a double standard.

i wont defend either side in this but hannity doesnt name call. he HAS said though that IF he did call hillary hitlery he'd be attacked from all sides...seems he was right, you're attacking him. rush though...i find it to be asinine and i really dont like what he does. he can make good points but to me its rare in light of everything else he does on his show. still doesnt make what he says any less important when he actually acts like an adult.

we still have this thing called freedom of speech. amazing how some lean back on it to bash politicians from the other side of the aisle but want to pull the first admendment out from under them when they do the same thing in retaliation.

this may not apply to you specifically but i do know it applies to one person on this thread, colonel.

deny it, justify it, make excuses, find some copouts, i'm not listening colonel. you name call and insult more than anyone else on this board so you have ZERO room to call someone else a hypocrit in this regard.

now i'll leave you all alone to continue name calling and insulting bush and republicans and calling them hypocrits.
