What happens when you try to log in BTS? Are you sure you are entering your username and password correctly?
And yes, you can be logged into ATS and BTS, and AP at the same time - In different windows or you can just switch back and forth in one window
I log into all 3, then switch between them with the Recent Posts pages in one window.
