Chuppacabra, new jersey devil i don't know

When I was on online I stumbled across this image and I found it to be rather interesting It might be fake it might not but it looks interesting. Please tell me what you think it is.

The link doesn't seem to work. I live in Jersey Devil territory - about 25miles east of Philadelphia. The Jersey Devil is the object of ALOT of cool folklore. The Jersey Pine Barrens are amazing. The plethora of lakes, rivers and streams all have what is called cedar water. Cedar water is reddish brown, which by itself is kind of eerie. There are a million old abandoned houses right in the middle of the woods. Many with basements and attics which are so very cool to explore. 1 old abandoned house I explored even had what looked like 3 makeshift headstones in close proximity. There are many legends of haunted places, and hauntings in the Pines. I've spent many a halloween in the Pines, and it is perfect. Very creepy. Sometimes you really do feel a presence.
