I stumbled upon this PDF while i was looking for some info on the nano spirals thread(s). I was impressed, then skeptical, then hopefull.

I thought it might make for good discussion and perhaps we could get Serge Tinland here for some Q & A.

After doing a search to see if this had been discussed before I found he's already posted here.

Yes it seems that way, That was one of the questions I wanted to ask.
Are thier any investors or interested parties?
Or any academics on board yet?
when did this begin?
