I have been looking around in regard to an explanation to the humanoid's that are sighted every now and again and i think i may have found an answer to a large part of the said encounter's.

I admit maybe this does not cover all encounters but it must count for a large amount.

I beleive it is used for recon purposes in very remote areas for example the jungle.
